Robust HPC: Tips and Tricks for Mastering OFFICE 365 (Part 3)

You probably know that you can do many fantastic things using Office 365, but have not yet learned how to maximize its potential. Our consultants at Robust have prepared some neat tips at your disposal to help you leverage the powerful technology to improve your workflow.

_Microsoft Excel

Add data to Excel directly from a photo—Using the Excel app, you can take a picture of a printed data table on your Android device and automatically convert the picture into a fully editable table in Excel. This new image recognition functionality eliminates the need for you to manually enter hardcopy data.

_Microsoft Word

Read Aloud can help you learn a new language and, along with other Learning Tools, helps improve reading skills for people with learning disabilities like dyslexia.
1. With your document open in Word, click Review > Read Aloud. Or, press Alt + Ctrl + Space on your keyboard.
2. Click Play/ Pause to start and stop the narration. Select Settings to change the reading speed.

Microsoft Teams

Communicate and collaborate more easily with new capabilities in Microsoft Teams—This month, Microsoft Office added new capabilities to Teams including Reading Receipts and Priority Notifications to help ensure time-sensitive messages are received and prioritized. |
