Singapore Health Cluster to Adopt NVIDIA Clara/MONAI + DGX for Medical Imaging
Healthcare research data can be large and complex to process. NVIDIA has two very important frameworks that help researchers to deal with it efficiently:
- NVIDIA Clara Train, an application framework for training medical imaging models, has undergone significant changes for its upcoming release at the beginning of May, with product enhancements for better AI model training.
- MONAI, the Medical Open Network for AI. MONAI is an open-source, PyTorch-based framework that provides domain-optimized foundational capabilities for healthcare. This community-led library helps create reproducible experiments by reducing the need for duplication or re-implementation.
SingHealth’s New Supercomputer to Speed Up Heart Disease, Future Pandemic Research
Agreements were signed between NSCC, SingHealth and American chipmaker Nvidia for the supercomputer on Tuesday (March 1) at the Supercomputing Asia 2022 event at Suntec convention centre. Under the agreements, Nvidia will provide access to its software tools and artificial intelligence (AI) models for healthcare research.
